Are you passionate about providing an inclusive environment for children with diverse needs? Are you eager to work with a dynamic team? This might be the role for you!

We are a local non-profit organization determined to build and inspire a community of compassion and support. We seek a dynamic, caring, and creative person to join our team as an Inclusion Worker to support our childcare facilities and child-focused programming. In this role, you will be an integral part of our programming team, developing and implementing supports in our daycare, out-of-school care, and other programs.

This is a contracted, permanent full-time position at our Colwood location, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, for 37.5 hours a week. 
 

Qualifications:

Other: Degree in related field

Additional Qualifications:

•    A degree in a related field such as Child and Youth Care, Recreation, or Social Services.
•    Experience working with children with diverse needs.
•    A valid First Aid Certificate and CPR level ‘C’ is required.
•    A BC Early Childhood Educator License would be considered an asset.
•    Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check.
•    Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination (minimum two doses.)
 

Salary & Benefits:

The starting pay range for this position is between $24.00 and $27.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
