Are you a seasoned daycare leader ready to make a real impact? Emerald Hills Montessori is seeking a dedicated and experienced Daycare Manager to lead our vibrant, high-capacity centre in Coquitlam. Our ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, skilled in team leadership, and confident in managing the day-to-day operations of a large centre.
Position: Daycare Manager
Location: Coquitlam, BC
Start Date: As soon as possible
Type: Full-time, Permanent
$6 wage enhancement per hour in addition to stated salary.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations of a large-scale licensed daycare program
- Provide strong leadership and support to a team of early childhood educators and assistants
- Maintain compliance with licensing regulations and health & safety standards
- Build positive relationships with families, staff, and community partners
- Handle staff scheduling, parent communication, and enrollment management
- Support curriculum planning and implementation
- Lead with integrity, professionalism, and a child-first approach
Required Qualifications
- ECE Certification (BC recognized)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with children in a licensed childcare setting
- Minimum 2 years of daycare management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector clearance
- Valid First Aid

Pay: $28.00-$31.00 per hour
