Location: LIFT Early Learning Centre – Marpole, Vancouver, BC

Responsibilities-
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 0–3 years

Provide a warm, safe, and engaging environment that supports children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth

Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members

Observe, document, and assess children’s learning and development

Communicate daily with parents regarding their child’s progress and experiences

Ensure compliance with BC Child Care Licensing Regulation and centre policies
-
Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive and supportive team environment
Qualifications:
Basic ECE
Additional Qualifications:
Qualifications-
Valid BC Early Childhood Educator (ECE) or Infant Toddler (IT) Educator Certificate

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (Child Care)

Clear criminal record check

Knowledge of BC Child Care Licensing Regulation

Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

A genuine love for working with infants and toddlers
