Are you a compassionate and enthusiastic Infant Toddler Educator who loves working with children ? ABCD Daycare is looking for someone like you to join our caring and dedicated team!

As an outdoor-based program, we take pride in offering a unique learning experience where children connect with nature every day in our dedicated outdoor space located right within our facility.
Qualifications:
Post Basic ECE
Additional Qualifications:
• Current ECE IT certificate
• Valid childcare first aid certificate
Required Experience:
- A warm, enthusiastic educator with a passion for early childhood development
- Experience or certification working with children under 36 months
- Familiarity with the BC Early Learning Framework
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
- A commitment to building strong, respectful relationships with children and families
- Willingness to embrace outdoor learning in all seasons

Salary & Benefits:
Wage: $23-24 plus Wage Enhancement
• 35- 40 hours per week
• Sick days: 5
• Vacation: two weeks closed during summer holidays center wide
• Extended health and dental: after completing 3 months’ probation
• Centre wide Professional development opportunities
• Closed for December Christmas Holidays and all statutory holidays
