We are seeking a Campus Manager for our Ocean Park childcare campus who is passionate about building strong relationships, driving enrollment, and supporting educators in creating a nurturing environment for young learners.

As Campus Manager, you will lead the daily operations of the center, support a team of educators, and ensure families receive an excellent childcare experience. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. You will play an active role in tours, parent engagement, and enrollment growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support the campus team
• Conduct tours and manage enrollment inquiries
• Support staff scheduling, onboarding, and training
• Communicate effectively with families and build strong relationships
• Support compliance with BC Child Care Licensing requirements
• Oversee campus operations and day-to-day problem solving
• Collaborate with educators on programming and classroom quality
• Build a positive campus culture focused on children, families, and staff
Qualifications:
Basic ECE
Years Experience Required:
2
Required Experience:
• Valid ECE license required (IT license is an asset)
• Minimum 2 years ECE experience
• Previous leadership/management experience in childcare preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support a team
• Comfortable with Google Drive, email, and basic administrative technology
• Passion for childcare, education, and family connection

Compensation: $27.50/hr + $6 Wage Enhancement = $33.50/hr to start
Performance review + eligibility for raise after 6 months
