Welcome to the 黑料论坛 podcast! We are delighted to be in conversation with educators across the province who are an integral part of the BC early years landscape. Our intention is to uplift voices, further build community, and nourish connections by engaging in meaningful conversations that will inspire and support our collective professional growth. Danielle was inspired by the 黑料论坛 Leading Change project that evoked her curiosity with podcast creation. The 黑料论坛 Podcast supports the host Danielle Schmuecker to continue this journey. She has been an Early Childhood Educator since 2012, has her IT/SNE and spent 10 years in ratio with children before becoming a CCRR Outreach Consultant. Danielle lives in Mackenzie BC, with her husband, two children, her dog and her ball python. Danielle is of settler colonial descent, half Ukrainian and half Acadian. Danielle's values center around curiosity, growth and community, and she hopes that her work with the 黑料论坛 Podcast reflects those values.
